Eastmoor
Batch 6 (2020)
The literal meaning of ‘Eastmoor’ is eastern moor, appropriate to the environment where the whiskey is distilled. The name refers to the great influence of the peat on the east of Overijssel. In addition, it is also a tribute to the men who changed this landscape into what it is today.
This batch comes from different barrels. A European oak barrel and an Oloroso barrel, then finished on a peated barrel. As a result, this whiskey is characteristically soft in taste and has a nice touch of smoke in the background. The whiskey is bottled at 47% ABV.
